Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 medium chopped onion
    cooked chicken or beef, chopped
    corn tortillas (flour can be used)
    cheese (1 lb.) Monterey Jack, Cheddar or Velveeta
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Mix together the first six ingredients. Then, layer a pan with tortillas, mix and cheese. Tortillas should be first, and cheese should be on top. Cover and cook 1 hour, then uncover and cook 5 minutes.
