Pizza Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix all ingredients for dough until smooth and add 2 cups flour.
    Knead 5 minutes.
    Let rise 1 hour.
