Bok Choy Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chicken flavored Ramen noodles
    1 c. sunflower seeds (kernels)
    1 head bok choy
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of ginger spice
    4 oz. almonds, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 green onions, sliced thin
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring vinegar, oil, sugar and soy sauce to boil. Store in refrigerator. Slice all vegetables and store in refrigerator. Melt butter in skillet with flavor packets in noodles. Break apart noodles and brown in skillet. When brown, take off heat and add almonds and sunflower seeds. Let cool. Put together when ready to serve. You can add spices (ginger, pepper to dressings).
