Chicken Roll-Ups Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, deboned and skinned
    1 lb. bacon
    1 small pkg. sour cream or yogurt
    1 can mushroom soup
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 slices thin ham
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
    Wrap each with a slice of bacon.
    Lay chicken in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Mix sour cream and mushroom soup and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 250\u00b0.
