Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix until blended well.
Add\teggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients together and add 1/4 at
a time to chocolate mixture and blend well
after each addition.\tChill
dough
for
2
hours.
Make 1-inch balls.
Roll in
powdered
sugar
and
space on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake\t10
to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 8 dozen.
