Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, cut in small chunks
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 lb. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes until done.
    Mix the next 4 ingredients to make a sauce.
    In a casserole dish, put a layer of potatoes and a layer of sauce until the dish is full.
    Bake about 400\u00b0 until the cheese melts (approximately 10 minutes).
