Egg Custard Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 sticks margarine
    4 2/3 c. sugar
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. milk
    10 medium eggs
    3 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring or 4 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Put sugar, flour and 1/2 of milk (3/8 cup) in margarine and stir.
    Add eggs and stir well. Add rest of milk and flavoring.
    Stir well.
    Pour into 13 x 11-inch pan and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 or until brown.
    Let it get cold and cut into squares.
