Potato Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. creamed Irish potatoes
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    1/4 c. melted chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter
    and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating after each. Add potatoes.
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients
    together and add alternately with
    milk.
    Add
    chocolate,
    vanilla and fold in nuts. Pour into a 9
    x 13-inch pan and bake 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Top with your
    favorite coconut frosting or use Cool Whip and frozen coconut.
