Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. sliced carrots
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
In food processor or blender.
Place carrots.
Blend.
Add oil and eggs.
Blend well.
Add remaining ingredients and process well. Turn into well-greased bread pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour until done.
