Beef And Vegetable Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 green and 1/2 red peppers, cut in small strips
    1/2 lb. fresh snowpeas (or 1 box frozen)
    2 c. cold rice (leftovers work great)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. water
    2 green onions, sliced thin
Preparation
    Brown hamburger in skillet; add garlic when almost done. Remove from pan.
    Rinse and drain pan.
    Add vegetable oil. Stir-fry peppers 2 to 3 minutes; add snowpeas and green onion. Fry another 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add rice, soy sauce and water.
    Cook until hot, 5 minutes on medium-low.
