Banana Molasses Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. light molasses
2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 overripe bananas (3/4 c.)
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. pecans
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine oil, sugar, molasses and egg, beating thoroughly until well blended.
Combine flour with soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt and add to the first mixture, alternately with mashed bananas.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Pour into muffin tins (greased).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 20 cupcakes. Sift powdered sugar over tops.
