Beets With Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. fresh beets, cooked and cut in julienne strips (canned beets may be used)
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
white pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine and chill several hours, preferably overnight. Excellent as a salad or as an hors d'oeuvre.
