Bread And Butter Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter (1/2 stick softened)
    12 slices firm white bread
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 large eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Spread margarine or butter on bread slices.
    Arrange 4 slices of bread in dish in one layer, overlapping slightly, if necessary. Sprinkle lightly with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Repeat, making 2 more layers.
