Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar, divided
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. milk
    4 or 5 c. fresh peaches (I cook them if raw)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Use 13 x 9 baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk; stir. Pour over butter in pan. Combine sugar, peaches, lemon juice and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Pour over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 10 to 12.
