Duck Pond Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts
    1 pkg. chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
    2 small jars Cara Mia artichoke hearts (6 oz. jars), drained (save juice)
    1 or 2 bunches green onions, sliced
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly the curry, mayonnaise and juice from artichokes. Bake chicken until tender and then cut up into bite size pieces. Cook rice according to the package directions; let cool. Cut artichoke hearts into pieces. Mix ingredients together and refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
