Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    14 oz. sauerkraut, drained and snipped
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    flour
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Brown sausage and onion; drain, then crumble.
    Mix sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs with sausage-onion mixture. Cream the cream cheese, mustard, garlic salt and pepper, then mix with sausage mixture.
    Chill at least 1 hour.
    Roll into balls. Roll in flour.
    Roll in mixture of 2 eggs and milk.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry.
    Yields 60.
