Celery-Stuffed Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef flank
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    3/4 c. diced celery
    1 small onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
    water
    all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Flatten steak and score diamond shape with knife.
    In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, celery, onion, 1 tablespoon melted butter or oleo, salt, thyme, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons water.
    Spread evenly on one side of steak, leaving 1-inch border. Roll steak from a long side; secure with toothpicks or string.
