Canned Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 gal. snap beans (allow some for stringing)
3 qt. water
2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Let the water, vinegar and sugar come to a boiling point.
Put in the beans and boil 30 minutes. Pack beans in jars and pour in boiling liquid.
Seal and put in cool dark place 30 minutes. Process for canning beans.
