Fresh Fruit Gazpacho Soup(8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded (see note)
    3 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cubed
    1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
    1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced thin
    ground cardamom (for garnish)
Preparation
    Combine the tomatoes, 1 cup of the orange juice, the sugar and about half the cantaloupe cubes in a food processor.
    Process until smooth.
    Pour into a serving bowl.
    Repeat with 1 cup orange juice.
    Add to the serving bowl.
    Stir.
    Place the strawberries and kiwi fruit slices in the fruit puree.
    Refrigerate until cold, at least 3 to 4 hours.
    Sprinkle on the cardamom, just before serving.
