Impossible Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
7 oz. pkg. coconut
Preparation

Combine flour and sugar.
Add margarine, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Center must be firm.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
This pie makes its own crust.
