Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (No. 1) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 tomato paste can water
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 tsp. salt
    8 oz. Cheddar or County Line cheese
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    8 oz. Mueller's lasagna
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan, lightly brown beef and onion in oil. Add tomatoes (put through blender or cut with edge of spoon), paste, water, parsley, salt, sugar, garlic powder, pepper and Italian seasoning. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
