Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 to 4 garlic buds, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    6 flour tortillas
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 medium onion
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, garlic buds and celery.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add tomato sauce, water, chili powder and mushrooms. Allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
