Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs
8 oz. cream-style corn
jalapeno pepper, cut up (to taste)
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation
