Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, sugar, juice and zucchini.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
Add flour mixture to beaten eggs, etc.
Pour in a greased pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes in a 10-cup Bundt pan, 35 to 40 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan or 20 to 25 minutes in 24 cupcakes.
