Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 peppers
    1 onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. diced peppers
    1 can tuna fish
    1 egg
    cracker crumbs
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half and boil in salt water until tender.
    Mix tuna fish, egg, cracker crumbs, peppers and onions.
    Stuff peppers.
    Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over peppers and pat with margarine.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
