Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed pretzels
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 large box strawberry Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    2 (10 oz.) boxes sliced sugared frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Mix pretzels, sugar, pecans and butter.
    Pat into bottom of oblong Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat together well cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar.
    Put on top of pretzel mixture and refrigerate 30 minutes.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add strawberries.
    Stir until Jell-O begins to thicken.
    Pour over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate 2 hours.
