Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. plain dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 lb. imitation crab blend, flaked
additional dry bread crumbs
vegetable oil
4 c. 1/4-inch slices zucchini (3 to 5 medium)
1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp American or Cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and cartilage removed
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
Mix all ingredients.
Spread in dish.
Bake uncovered until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 25 to 30 minutes).
Garnish with zucchini slices if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
