Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    2 lb. steak strips
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 c. water
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce (or to taste)
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 green pepper, sliced
Preparation
    Preheat oil in electric skillet to 325\u00b0.
    Add meat and brown. Remove to serving dish.
    Add onions and pepper slices.
    Cook until tender.
    Remove and put with steak.
    Dissolve cornstarch in water and soy sauce.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper and put in skillet. Then put in meat, onion and peppers.
    Cook until tender.
