"Pete'S" Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine 1 cup of flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast in a large bowl.
    Heat milk, water and 1/2 cup margarine to lukewarm or microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup of flour and eggs; beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Add enough flour to make batter like biscuit batter. Cover tightly and refrigerate for 2 hours or up to 2 days.
    Turn onto floured board.
    Roll out; brush with melted butter.
