Easy "Hot Water" Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. stick butter
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add hot water and butter to mixture.
    Knead until smooth.
    May add extra flour if too sticky.
    Roll on with rolling pin on floured surface.
    Place in 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake with favorite filling.
    Cover edges of crust with foil until the last 15 minutes.
