Teriyaki Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 garlic clove, finely minced
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. round or sirloin steak, cut diagonally into very thin strips
    1 (6 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, halved
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, garlic, onion, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, ginger and salt in a medium bowl.
    Add meat and stir to coat strips evenly with sauce.
    Marinate 30 minutes at room temperature, stirring occasionally.
