Cornbread(Lower-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. plus 3 Tbsp. low-fat milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Put oil in 9-inch pan (iron skillet is best).
    Heat hot enough to sizzle.
    Mix all other ingredients well, pour in skillet.
