Fried Apple Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large apples, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cook all ingredients, but cornstarch and water, in a pan until apples are tender, but not soft.
Mix the cornstarch and water together and add to mixture.
Cook until thick, stirring frequently.
Refrigerate.
