Boudin Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Boston butt pork roast
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 bunches green onions
    cooked rice (approximately 3 to 4 c.)
    Cajun seasoning
Preparation
    Boil the pork roast in seasoning and water until meat falls off the bone.
    Saute the bell pepper and green onions in butter until tender.
    Chop the meat and add all ingredients
    together. Form into meatballs, roll in flour and deep fat fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels and serve as appetizer.
