Ingredients

1 cookie pie shell (chocolate, butter or graham)
2 pt. softened ice cream (mint ice cream is great with chocolate and chocolate chip is great with butter)
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Pack ice cream into the shell.
Place in freezer.
