Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 can mushroom pieces, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix all other ingredients and add to beef.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cover edges with foil.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 more minutes or until knife comes out clean.
