Sausage Cheddar Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. biscuit mix
2 Tbsp. grated onions
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 can chopped mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients mixing well.
Roll into walnut-size balls.
Place on ungreased sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 dozen.
