Shortbread Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter (use 1/2 Imperial)
    1 c. extra-fine sugar
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add flour; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into balls the size of small walnuts.
    Flatten with cookie press. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
