"Dolmathes" - Stuffed Grape Leaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large onions, very finely diced (can be put in blender with small amount of water)
2 lb. ground chuck
5 to 6 Tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. uncooked Uncle Ben's rice
5 to 6 Tbsp. parsley, chopped (you may use dried parsley)
pinch of oregano leaves
generous sprinkling of garlic powder
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 c. water
lemon juice
about 3 (8 oz.) jars grape leaves *
Preparation

*Grape leaves may be bought at either an Italian or Greek import grocery.
Packed in glass jars, the more tender leaves usually come in the smaller jars (8 ounces as opposed to 12 ounces).
