Shank Bone Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 shank bones or soup bones
    1/2 c. rice
    1 small can tomato paste
    7 to 8 medium ground potatoes
    2 large onions, ground
    1 pkg. beef (stew)
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook bones and meat until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
    Take out bones and meat.
    Add rice, ground potatoes and onion to stock and boil.
    Add tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste.
    Boil until all ingredients are done.
    Cut meat off bones and serve meat alongside or in soup.
