Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. cooked tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil zucchini 10 minutes in salted water.
    Drain.
    Cut in half. Scoop out pulp.
    Mix tomatoes, pulp, onions, bread crumbs and butter.
    Stuff zucchini.
    Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
