Noodle Charlotte(A Good Rosh Hashanah Dessert. Serves 10.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box wide noodles, cooked and cooled
    cinnamon to taste
    2 lb. sliced and peeled apples
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped almonds (raisins may be added)
Preparation
    Add filling ingredients to lined pan in layers.
    Cover with additional dough.
    Do not pierce.
    Bake two hours at 350\u00b0.
    Turn out onto platter.
    Serve warm.
