Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium potato
1 box powdered sugar
peanut butter to cover

Preparation

Boil potato in jacket until soft.
Peel potato and mash.
Stir in sugar until mixture is stiff.
Roll out mixture like biscuit dough.
Spread peanut butter over all.
Roll up and refrigerate until cool.
Cut into slices.
