Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. flour
    1 1/4 C. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 C. grated carrots
    1 C. grated apples
    1/2 C. raisins
    1/2 C. coconut
    1/2 C. nuts
    3 eggs
    1 C. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add flour mixture to eggs and oil.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into well grease muffin tins or use muffin cups. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 24 muffins.
