Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. fresh coconut or 2 c. canned
    2 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in unbaked pie crust lined pie plate in moderate or slow oven (350\u00b0) until done, about 40 minutes.
    Butter and sugar can be a smaller amount if desired.
