Molasses Frosted Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar (brown or white)
    1 c. shortening
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. molasses
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, allspice and ginger
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    about 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    These cookies are much easier to handle if you mix them up and refrigerate a few hours or even overnight.
    Roll out and cut in your favorite shape.
    Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 or 375\u00b0 depending on your oven.
