Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. beef brisket
    1 large jar soy sauce
    1 can (1 1/4 c.) beef broth
    juice from 1 lemon or bottled lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, beef broth, lemon juice and salt.
    Pierce meat with a fork.
    Place in glass pan.
    Pour liquid over meat and marinate overnight.
    Pour off marinade.
    Wrap brisket in foil, sealing well.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Remove from oven and refrigerate overnight.
    Slice when cold.
