Eight Layer Fiesta Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1.25 oz.) pkg. Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 large avocado, mashed
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. salsa
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In medium skillet, prepare taco spices with ground beef and water according to package directions.
    Add refried beans and heat 5 minutes.
    In 1-quart bowl, spread beef and bean mixture.
    Layer remaining ingredients except tortilla chips in order given.
    Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
