Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla.
    Add flour sifted with salt, soda and cream of tartar.
    Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out 1/8-inch thick and cut out with cookie cutter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
