Best Ever Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. margarine
    3 eggs
    2 1/4 to 2 3/4 c. flour (as needed)
Preparation
    Combine 2 1/4 cups flour and yeast.
    Heat until margarine is melted the milk, salt and margarine.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add eggs; beat 30 seconds with electric mixer on low speed and 3 minutes at high speed.
    Stir in 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 cups flour as needed.
    Turn dough on lightly floured surface.
    Knead in enough remaining flour to make moderately soft dough, 3 to 5 minutes. Shape into ball.
    Place in greased bowl, turning once.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until double (1 hour).
    Roll out; spread with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar (can add nuts, apple, raisins or pecans if desired).
    Bake until done.
    Can spread with powdered sugar glaze.
